Dawn’s personal journey into coaching and helping women began as a natural overflow of her own recovering, healing process from childhood sexual trauma. Dawn has also served as Executive Pastor of 3 organizations, and recently the Founder and Lead Pastor of Tribes Church, a Multi-ethnic work in Grand Rapids, MI.

Over the last 25 years, Dawn’s profound leadership has led many women into freedom and healing. The founder of Lives of Value Conference (LOV Conference) a women’s empowerment conference, and The FreedomGirl Sisterhood, a healing and freedom Weekend, Dawn continues to create safe spaces for women to shed the past and step into their callings.
